Information We Collect

Holley Container Service may collect information including your name, telephone number, email address, service address, billing address, order details, requested service dates, material type, dumpster size, placement instructions, and messages you send through our website, text messaging service, email, or other communication channels.

When you communicate with us by text message, we may also collect the content of your messages, message timestamps, delivery information, consent records, and opt-out preferences.

For certain roll-off container orders, we may request a photograph of a driver's license or other identification document to help verify identity before scheduling service.

For employment inquiries, we may collect driver's license information, the last four digits of a Social Security number, previous-employer information, and authorization to perform a driver's-license or pre-employment background check when applicable.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to provide quotes, answer customer inquiries, schedule dumpster delivery, switch-out, pickup, termination, or rental extensions, confirm and manage customer orders, communicate about delivery, pickup, service changes, invoices, payment links, and account activity, verify customer identity, prevent fraud, maintain business and order records, review employment applications, and support billing, customer service, safety, and legal compliance.

SMS and Text Messaging

When you initiate a text conversation with Holley Container Service or otherwise consent to receive text messages, we may send transactional messages concerning your inquiry, quote, order, delivery, pickup, rental, authorization, invoice, payment link, or customer-service request.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at service@holleyscontainers.com.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You may contact us through another available method.

Do not send complete credit-card numbers, bank-account information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or photographs of identification documents through text message. Secure payment information should only be entered through an authorized secure payment page.

Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers, including communications and technology providers, to transmit messages and operate our services. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and may not use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing purposes.

Driver's License and Identity Documents

Driver's-license photographs and other identity documents are used for order verification, fraud prevention, and safety purposes. Access is limited to authorized Holley Container Service personnel who need the information to review or complete an order.

Identity documents will not be used for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

How Information Is Stored

Website and customer submissions may be processed or stored using third-party business tools such as Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Apps Script, Make, Twilio, QuickBooks, email providers, website-hosting services, and other systems used to operate our business.

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, process forms, store business records, deliver customer communications, provide payment services, maintain accounting records, prevent fraud, or perform other services on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use the information only as necessary to provide their contracted services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal proceedings, to protect the rights or safety of Holley Container Service or others, or to prevent fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.

The mobile-information and messaging-consent limitations described above apply regardless of this section.

Payment Information

We may send customers a secure payment link through QuickBooks or another authorized payment provider. Payment-card and bank information entered through such a page is processed by the payment provider under its own privacy and security practices.

Holley Container Service does not request or authorize customers to send complete credit-card or bank-account information through SMS.

Retention

We retain customer, order, payment, employment, communication, authorization, and identity-verification records for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, customer service, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.

Records may be deleted or securely disposed of when they are no longer required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted information. However, no website, text-messaging service, email system, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through text message or email.

Your Choices

You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request corrections, request that certain records be removed from active files, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements, withdraw text-message consent by replying STOP, or request text-message assistance by replying HELP.

Changes to This Policy
